Michael D. Damiano, MD received his medical degree at Cornell University Medical College. He completed his training in internal medicine at Harvard University/Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Damiano subsequently completed his dermatological training at New York University’s world-renowned Skin and Cancer Center. Dr. Damiano specializes in adult and pediatric dermatology and has a special interest in the treatment of skin cancer and pre-cancerous lesions. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Damiano was raised on the Main Line, in Devon, and graduated from Conestoga High School before completing his undergraduate studies at Ursinus College, where he was a Ro Sigma honor graduate. He resides with his wife and two children in Radnor.
Scott N. Schafrank, MD completed his internal medicine training at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center and is an Alpha Omega Alpha honor graduate of Cornell University Medical College. He received his dermatological training at Boston University and Tufts-New England Medical Centers, where he served as chief resident. Specializing in skin cancer detection and cosmetic repair, Dr. Schafrank has additional expertise in cosmetic laser surgery, sclerotherapy for leg veins, chemical peels and many anti-aging techniques. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
Dr. Schafrank has received many awards, including the “Top Doctor” designation by Main Line Today Magazine. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Tufts University and remains an admissions officer for the college. He lives with his wife and daughters in Malvern.
Jamea Elizabeth Campbell, MD is an Alpha Omega Alpha honor graduate of The Medical College of Pennsylvania where she received a number of prestigious awards including the Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement Citation. Dr. Campbell received her dermatological training and also studied internal medicine at The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center where she served as chief resident of dermatology. For her outstanding performance during her residency she received the Ligand 2000 Dermatology Residents Scholarship award. While providing a full range of adult and pediatric dermatologic care, Dr. Campbell has a special interest in cosmetic dermatology,anti-aging therapies and laser therapy. Dr. Campbell is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Campbell graduated with honors from Tufts University. She resides with her husband and sons in Haverford.
David P. Manion, MD is a graduate of Jefferson Medical College. He received his dermatological training at The Washington Hospital Center where he served as chief resident. He completed his internship in internal medicine at The Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Manion provides the full range of adult and pedicatric dermatologic care with a special interest in skin cancer, hyperhidrosis,chemical peels, botox and acne. Dr. Manion is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
Dr. Manion graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Joseph’s University. He was raised in Delaware County and currently lives in Villanova with his wife, a family physician, and their sons.
Orr G. Barak, MD, PhD is a board certified dermatologist and provides the full spectrum of dermatologic care, including medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology services. He has special interests in the treatment of skin cancer, psoriasis, pediatric dermatology, and acne. Prior to joining Main Line Dermatology, Dr. Barak was a staff dermatopathologist at Dermpath New England as well as Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Tufts University School of Medicine teaching dermatology residents and medical students.
Dr. Barak obtained a degree in Molecular Biology from the University of California at Berkeley before graduating with both an MD and PhD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He obtained numerous honors in medical school including selection to the Alpha Omega Honor Medical Society and the Mary Ellis Bell prize for research. Dr. Barak trained in Dermatology at the Boston University-Tufts University Combined Residency Program, where he was named chief resident. He subsequently completed a dermatopathology fellowship through Tufts medical Center.
Dr. Barak is extensively published in the academic literature and conducts clinical studies in the treatment of pre-cancerous skin lesions. He is recognized as an expert consultant for the Body Odd on MSNBC. Dr. Barak is double board certified by both the American Board of Dermatology and American Board of Dermatopathology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatopathology.
